Our Tally Raks show is QUICKLY approaching!!! With that being said, there is a call for volunteers to help! It is important for us all to come together and support our dance group - Even the Baby Bellys who have just started classes... it is a wonderful way to help the dancers and get great experience for future events!

Volunteers could be YOU, Friends, Family, Co-workers... whomever would fit the bill and is willing to help!

Here is the list of what we need help with:

MC
Photographer Coordinator
Program Printing
Videographer Coordinator
White Elphant Table Coordinator

We will also need help with all the other expected stuff that comes with hosting this kind of shin-dig:

REGISTRATION TABLE - help check people in, pull registration info and sell tickets for the Hafla...may be needed for small tasks that pop up

WorkShop Set-Up Crew - set up before work shops

Lunch Set-Up/Breakdown Crew - help put in order soups/foods bring in as well as make sure that everything is cleaned up after lunch so area is ready for show

Show Set-Up & Decoration Crews - Show Set-Up= setting up tables, chairs, banners, backdrop, lighting / Decorations = setting up stage area and tables to be more visually pleasing

"Stage Moms" & Stange Hands - "moms" to make sure things run smoothly with dancers & "hands" to help with all those little things that come up

Show Breakdown Crew - help break down/store tables and chairs after show so space is ready for workshops Sunday

I will have sign up sheets in class Tuesday - and hope that we get all filled up! You can also call me to volunteer and I will get you in the right area! Thanks for all of your help ladies!!!

I know that we can all PULL together and make Tally Raks 2008 even better that last year!!
